1.        Warranty conditions.
The product is warranted for free if the product is still within the warranty period from the delivery time and meets the following conditions:

·         All products and components are stamped warranty of VNTECHCO and still within the warranty period.

·         Warranty stamp is intact.

·         Warranty is only applied to manufacturer’s defects in case the Customer uses the equipment correctly.

2.        The cases are not covered by warranty

·         The product does not have warranty stamps or warranty stamps.

·         On products, bar codes, warranty stamps are blurred, torn or have signs of scraping, patching, …

·         Components are deformed, scratched, chipped, bent, …

·         The product is used in humid, dusty environments, places with high temperatures, oxidized, or under direct sunlight and shows signs of fire and explosion, due to unstable power sources, caused by clutches. insects, rodents damage, natural disasters, fires.

·         The product is damaged due to incorrect voltage regulation.

·         Product is installed and maintained in contravention of VNTECHCO regulations, causing damage.

·         Product is altered or repaired by external technology.

·         Product warranty expires.

3.        Warranty method.

·         Time to resolve warranty from 1-7 days from the date of receipt (except Sunday and New Year holidays) depending on the product may be resolved later or sooner.

·         For products under warranty that are in the absence of warranty, we will receive assistance in collecting service fees otherwise we will return the damaged product.

·         The support time depends on the actual deterioration of the product.

·         In case of free or chargeable part replacement. VNTECHCO will recover damaged parts of the product. VNTECHCO has the right to use new components, improved parts or recycled parts to perform the repair of damaged components.

·         Repair and replacement of broken parts for chargeable products will be warranted for 06 months from the date the customer receives the product.
